01246 582 216Baslow Health Centre is excited to provide this new service to our patients. ZoomPhysio online plans are designed by our team of physio’s to get you going straight away.
When you request a physio plan from ZoomPhysio, following a really quick registration, we'll send your plan within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with all the information that you need.
Our physio plans have video demonstrations of the exercises and additional information to support your recovery.
After 4 weeks once the plan is complete, you will be invited to tell us how you have done.
On completion of your plan, if you still require physiotherapy you can call 01246 565050 to make an appointment with the NHS local physiotherapy services.
