Hannage Brook Medical Centre are excited to provide this new online service to our patients. Our new service is called ZoomPhysio which provides online physio plans. It is to support your joints and soft tissue recovery needs and we also now have our team of Musculoskeletal (MSK) Practitioners at the surgery who can see patients with these frequently occurring aches, pains and strains.When you request a physio plan from ZoomPhysio, following a really quick registration, we'll send your plan within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with all the information that you need.Our physio plans have video demonstrations of the exercises and additional information to support your recovery.After 4 weeks once the plan is complete, you will be invited to tell us how you have done.You can still see a member of our onsite MSK Practitioner Team at your surgery if you need to but we hope this service will provide more rapid and easier access to immediate care.
