01629 816636Peak and Dales Medical Partnership is excited to provide this new service to our patients. Alongside ZoomPhysio online plans, we also now have our team of Musculoskeletal Practitioners at the surgery who can see patients for MSK complaints.
When you request a physio plan from ZoomPhysio, following a really quick registration, we'll send your plan within 24 hours. You'll receive an email with all the information that you need.
Our physio plans have video demonstrations of the exercises and additional information to support your recovery.
After 4 weeks once the plan is complete, you will be invited to tell us how you have done.
You can still see a member of our onsite MSK Practitioner Team at your surgery if you need to.
