When you request a physio planfrom ZoomPhysio, following a really quick registration, we'll send your planwithin 48 hours. You'll receive an email with all the information that youneed.
Our physio plans have videodemonstrations of the exercises and additional information to support yourrecovery.
After 4 weeks once the plan is complete, you will be invited to tell us how you have done.
