After you've completed registration, one of our physio's will create a personalised plan for you within 48hrs.
You will receive access to your plan via email, and you will need to login using the link shown in the email below. Simply click the link to begin your plan login.
*Read the entire email carefully as it contains some very important information about using our online plans, when to stop exercising and when to seek advice*
If you haven't received your email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Your program code can be copied from your email, although it is likely to be automatically added for you.
Simply add your year of birth (the value that you entered when completing the plan registration).
Then click 'Access your program', and that's it, you'll go straight into your personalised physio plan.
After completing steps 1 and 2, you will be granted access to your personalised plan. At this point, you will have the ability to view any additional information that your physio has provided to assist your recovery.
You can choose to open at this point or return to read it later. If you choose to read it later, it can be selected at the bottom of your program screen.
To start your plan, simply select an exercise to view and click the play button to watch the video (red arrows). After you have finished an exercise, click 'Complete' (blue arrow) to move to the next set of exercises.
